In forging, we can supply all kinds of forgings including open die forgings and closed die forgings for customers. Its products include forging valve parts, forging pipe fittings, forging auto parts, forging flanges and other large forgings. It is equipped with many advanced forging equipments: 200kg/560kg/700kg/1ton air hammer, 2-ton/ 6-ton/8-ton electro-hydraulic hammer, and 6000 tons oil press. It also has die forging hammers from 1 ton to 16 ton, and 400-ton/ 630-ton/1000-ton/1600-ton friction press.
It is also equipped with enough heat treatment equipments: rotary continuous quencher, tempering furnace, well tempering furnace, chamber furnace and so on. It has advanced test devices: spectrograph, mechanical property test machine, and nondestructive testing machine. Above all, it has many advanced machining equipments: CNC machining centers, CNC turning centers, CNC lathes, large CNC vertical lathe; plane milling and boring machine, grinding machine, deep hole drilling machine and so on.
